Endoscopy Tech | GI Lab Tech — Lawrenceville, Georgia, United States. This travel assignment is in a hospital setting. Start date: August 3, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: 1,369–1,390 per week. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 2x3 days. Note: No local candidates within 50 miles. Inpatient/outpatient GI Lab work includes GI and Pulmonary diagnostic and interventional procedures. ERCP, SPYGLASS, EUS, and navigation bronchoscopy support are part of the role.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and assist during GI and pulmonary diagnostic and interventional procedures in the GI Lab, including ERCP, SPYGLASS, and EUS, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
- Set up procedure rooms, assist physicians and nurses, manage endoscopic equipment, and maintain strict sterile technique and infection control.
- Monitor patient status during procedures and in recovery, observe sedation-related concerns, and communicate findings and concerns to the team.
- Ensure efficient room turnover, proper instrument handling, and accurate documentation of procedures and specimen handling.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure patient safety, procedure readiness, and high-quality care.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience in GI Lab or Endoscopy tech role.
- AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Experience with ERCP, SPYGLASS, EUS, and navigation bronchoscopy is preferred.
- Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient GI Lab settings and to adapt to procedural schedules.
- Eligible to work in the United States and willing to travel to Lawrenceville, GA for the assignment.
- Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and commitment to patient safety.
