Responsibilities
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to supervising personnel; document observations as required.
- Provide assistance with mobility and transfers using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Support meals and hydration needs; assist with feeding as directed and approved.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting care environment; follow infection control and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to deliver person-centered care and respond to patient needs promptly.
Requirements
- Active CNA/LNA credential per state requirements (assessed for this role)
- Availability to work evenings and/or overnight shifts
- Ability to commit to 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Eligibility for a travel - temporary assignment
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Prior CNA/LNA experience or related patient care experience preferred
