Role specifics and benefits: Responsibilities include comprehensive patient evaluation, evidence-based treatment planning, progression of activities to restore gait, balance, strength, and functional mobility; manual therapy and modalities as indicated; documentation of progress; participation in multidisciplinary rounds; patient and family education; safety and infection control adherence; and contributing to program development through quality improvement efforts. The position supports professional growth within the PT specialty, with potential to specialize further in orthopedic rehab, neurorehab, pediatrics, or aquatic therapy as you pursue certifications. Compensation features include a weekly pay range of $2,499 to $2,578, guaranteed 38 hours per week, and a contract structure designed for several weeks with extension opportunities as you demonstrate impact.
