Responsibilities

- Maintain infection control standards and accurate charting
- Collaborate with the interprofessional team to implement and adjust care plans
Requirements
- Active LPN license appropriate for New Mexico or eligibility for NM licensure
- Ability to work in a long-term care environment and manage a 12.5-hour shift
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
- Must meet credentialing and background check requirements for this assignment
