Travel Registered Nurse Case Management Job
Registered Nurse – Case Management (Travel) in Pocatello, Idaho. This travel assignment begins 06/29/2026 and runs for several weeks in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $1,763 to $1,856 per week with no guaranteed hours. The shift is 5x8-hour days (day shift).

Responsibilities
- Perform medical necessity determination and utilization review
- Conduct discharge planning and care coordination for multiple patient populations
- Document initial screenings and discharge plans in the charting system
- Communicate changes in plan of care to the interdisciplinary team
- Maintain knowledge of community resources and referrals; coordinate DME as needed
- Use LOS data to anticipate needs and facilitate transitions of care
- Conduct continued-stay reviews, and handle appeals/denials; apply DRG knowledge, CMS rules, and HIPAA compliance
Requirements
- Active RN license in Idaho or a Compact license in hand at time of submittal
- BLS certification
- 2 years of related experience preferred; previous charge experience preferred
- Epic charting experience required
- Ability to work in a hospital/acute care setting with adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
- Onboarding requirements: complete core items/labs within 48 hours of contract signing; onsite orientation modules (RN ~4–6 hours, Allied ~2–3 hours, non-billable)
