Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Nephrology Telemetry), Nights – Saint Louis, MO. This travel, temporary assignment starts 06/15/2026 with 36 hours guaranteed per week on 3x12 night shifts in an acute care setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,064 to $2,215 per week. Unit focuses on adult nephrology telemetry with peritoneal dialysis capability; local candidates are not within 75 miles, and relocation may be required.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and assess adult nephrology telemetry patients, interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to dysrhythmias.
- Provide renal and cardiac care, including management of peritoneal dialysis and related equipment.
- Administer prescribed medications and therapies; manage IV therapy with support from the IV team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (IV team, PT, Respiratory, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response) and participate in rounds.
- Document in Epic with accurate charting, data integrity, and adherence to safety and unit protocols.
Requirements
- Active Missouri RN license or eligibility for Missouri license/Compact. MO: submit without MO license; requires MO or Compact license.
- BLS/BCLS and NIHSS certifications.
- 1–2 years of RN experience preferred; first-timers accepted.
- Peritoneal dialysis experience required.
- Ability to work nights in an adult nephrology telemetry unit; patient-to-nurse ratio 1:5–6; orientation is 40 hours.
- Locals accepted: No (75-mile local radius). Flu vaccine required; COVID-19 vaccine not required (exemptions allowed).
