Travel Surgical Tech Job
Surgical Tech, travel assignment in Cumming, GA. Start date 06/15/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,493-$1,524 per week with guaranteed 40 hours. Shift: 8x5 Days. This travel position is set in a hospital operating room environment.

Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for procedures and ensure all equipment and supplies are ready
- Maintain a sterile field, pass instruments, and assist the surgical team during cases
- Accurately count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after procedures
- Assist surgeons and circulating staff with instrument handling, tissue management, and specimen labeling as needed
- Help with patient positioning and draping, and assist with patient transport and safety between cases
- Clean, decontaminate, and restock the operating room between cases while following infection control policies
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recent surgical tech experience in the specialty
- AHA BLS certification and NBSTA or NCCT certification
- Heavy experience in gynecology, plastics, breast, and prostate biopsy procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operating room environment with strong aseptic technique
- Eligible to work in the United States and able to commit to a 13-week travel assignment
