Occupational Therapist – Acute Care in Randolph, Vermont, United States. This travel assignment starts 07/06/2026 for 13 weeks with guaranteed 40 hours per week. The position offers a Monday–Friday shift from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in an inpatient rehabilitation program housed within a hospital setting. Compensation is $2,072–$2,116 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment for inpatient rehab patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on activities of daily living, mobility, upper-extremity function, and cognitive rehabilitation
- Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in the Meditech EMR; maintain timely, accurate records
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Monitor patient progress, revise goals as needed, and educate patients and families on home programs and safety
- Ensure patient safety, infection control, body mechanics training, and equipment management
Requirements
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient rehabilitation experience
- EMR experience preferred: Meditech
- Ability to work in an inpatient hospital rehabilitation setting
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment; first-time travelers with inpatient experience will be considered
- Licenses verification required for active licenses
- Geographic eligibility: local within 50 miles preferred; 50–100 miles eligible at a reduced rate
