Registered Nurse - Med Surg Tele in a hospital setting, Plymouth, MA. Travel assignment begins 11/16/2026 for 13 weeks on a 12-hour night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am). Unit is a 49-bed general medical/surgical telemetry unit serving adult and geriatric patients with various acute conditions and comorbidities. Weekly pay ranges from $2,580 to $2,655. Guaranteed hours: 72 biweekly. Travelers only; local residents within 50 miles are not eligible.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a med-surg telemetry unit
- Monitor telemetry, administer medications, manage IVs, and document in the EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans; respond to changes in patient condition
- Maintain patient safety, infection control, and accurate shift handoffs; support discharge planning and patient education as appropriate

Requirements
- Current Massachusetts RN license (must have MA license at submission)
- Med Surg and telemetry experience; ACLS and BLS certifications required
- Pass/Fail testing prior to acceptance (ECG/Telemetry and Medication tests) with proctor session via Zoom; scheduling within 48 hours of tentative offer
- No local travelers (must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility)
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts on a hospital medical/surgical telemetry unit
- Required to work with adult and geriatric populations; strong communication and time management skills
