Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care, Travel assignment in Tuscumbia, AL. Start date 10/26/2026 for 7 weeks. Weekly pay range is $578-$632 per week with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift consists of three 12-hour day shifts (6:00–18:00) on a 3-on/2-off, 2-on/3-off rotation in a skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments per physician orders and document accurately.
- Assess residents, monitor vital signs and changes in condition, and implement plans under supervision of the nursing team.
- Provide direct patient care including activities of daily living, mobility assistance, and restorative care.
- Document care in the electronic health record, maintain accurate medication administration records, and ensure charting compliance.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and therapy staff to coordinate care and ensure resident safety.
- Respond to call bells, offer comfort measures, assist with transfers and post-procedure care as needed.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Alabama in good standing
- Completion of an approved practical nursing program (certificate or diploma)
- Experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Proficiency in medication administration and resident care documentation
- Ability to work 6:00–18:00, 12-hour shifts, and participate in a 3-on/2-off, 2-on/3-off rotation
