Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration accurately under supervision

- Conduct routine assessments, take vital signs, and report findings promptly
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with the nursing and clinical team to ensure safety, infection control, and quality of care
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico in good standing
- Graduation from an approved LPN program
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts (06:00–18:30) and meet the 36-hour weekly guaranteed requirement
- Local candidates only; Albuquerque area preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing facility environment
