Step into a transformative role as a Licensed Practical Nurse specializing in Long-Term Care in Concord, New Hampshire, where every shift offers a chance to nurture dignity, build trust, and reinforce the comfort of familiar daily routines for residents who deserve compassionate, high‑quality care. This is more than a job—it's an opportunity to impact families, mentor emerging caregivers, and strengthen the continuum of care within a community that values empathy as much as expertise. In the Granite State, you’ll discover not only meaningful work but a landscape of breathtaking beauty. Picture crisp autumn mornings in the White Mountains, tranquil days by pristine lakes, and the seacoast’s sparkling horizons. Concord itself blends historic charm with modern amenities, inviting you to enjoy vibrant local arts, farmers’ markets, cozy dining, and green spaces that invite connection after a rewarding day with residents. New Hampshire’s scenic pockets offer a lifestyle that nourishes your well‑being as you care for others, while the opportunity to travel to diverse sites across the United States expands your clinical horizons and professional resilience.

The appeal of Concord as a base is matched by the excitement and variety of working across multiple locations in the U.S. This role offers the best of both worlds: dedicated, stable work in a beloved New England community, and the chance to broaden your experience through travel assignments in a range of long‑term care settings nationwide. You’ll encounter different facility cultures, care models, and resident needs, from intimate family‑style communities to larger campuses with specialized programs. Traveling assignments empower you to refine assessment skills, adapt to evolving regulations, and collaborate with a wide array of interdisciplinary teams. You’ll savor the benefits of location flexibility while maintaining security with guaranteed hours and a competitive weekly pay range designed to recognize your skills and dedication. It’s an opportunity to explore places you’ve always wanted to visit while growing as a clinical professional who can lead, mentor, and advocate for residents’ best interests.

As an LPN in Long‑Term Care, you’ll be central to the daily rhythm of resident life and clinical governance. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, monitoring vitals, and delivering routine and emergency nursing care under supervision. You’ll administer medications, manage wound and skin care, assist with activities of daily living, perform basic clinical procedures, and support residents with mobility and fall‑prevention strategies. You’ll contribute to timely care planning, document clearly in electronic medical records, and communicate changes in condition to the supervising RN and the broader care team. You’ll participate in rounds, contribute to care conferences, and provide education to residents and families to promote understanding and comfort. This role is structured to foster professional growth within geriatrics, with opportunities to enhance skills in areas such as wound care, memory care, palliative considerations, and infection control. The position also offers pathways to leadership roles as you demonstrate reliability, clinical judgment, and compassionate mentorship for CNAs and new staff.

Compensation and benefits are designed to attract dedicated professionals who want to invest in a lasting career. In addition to a competitive weekly pay range of $1,267–$1,287 and guaranteed 36 hours per week, you’ll have access to a sign‑on bonus, housing assistance, and the chance to extend your assignment beyond the initial term. You’ll work with a supportive team that embraces curiosity and continuous improvement, with a focus on safe staffing, respectful collaboration, and transparent feedback. Comprehensive travel support includes 24/7 assistance while you’re on the road, a dedicated travel liaison, and resources designed to make each assignment smoother—from orientation and onboarding to ongoing clinical updates and credentialing help. The aim is to deliver consistency in care for residents while offering you flexibility and security, enabling you to plan ahead and pursue extended opportunities as you prove your impact.

Our company values a culture that empowers staff, prioritizes professional advancement, and sustains a nurturing work environment. You’ll find mentors and peers who celebrate your successes, provide constructive guidance, and support continued education and specialty certifications. The organization is committed to your growth trajectory—from foundational clinical skills to leadership competencies—so you can evolve into roles that broaden your influence in resident care, care coordination, and team development. Expect a supportive framework that recognizes and rewards dedication, values open communication, and fosters a climate where nurses feel seen, heard, and respected.
