- Maintain thorough, compliant charting in residents’ medical records and ensure timely updates
- Collaborate with nursing staff, therapists, and physicians to support individualized care plans
- Uphold safety, infection control, and emergency procedures as needed

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico
- CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work 3x12 night shift schedule (evening to early morning)
- Willingness to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
- Local candidate status for this assignment
