Responsibilities
- Perform CT imaging procedures with correct patient positioning, protocol selection, and dose optimization to ensure diagnostic quality.
- Operate CT equipment, adjust technical parameters, and monitor image quality during acquisition.
- Verify patient identity, explain the procedure, obtain cooperation, and monitor patients throughout exams.
- Adhere to infection control standards, prepare and position patients safely, and manage immobilization as needed.
- Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other staff to ensure timely imaging and accurate documentation of findings.
- Document procedures, label images accurately, and comply with ARRT and department protocols; participate in quality assurance activities.
Requirements
- ARRT CT certification required
- Minimum 2 years CT experience
- Ability to work in a hospital setting and support a fast-paced imaging department
- Availability for a 13-week travel assignment starting 07/13/2026
- Weekend rotation: every other weekend as part of the schedule
