Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming) and mobility.
- Support meal service, feeding assistance, and proper positioning to prevent bedsores.
- Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
- Document care provided in the charting system, maintaining resident privacy and dignity.
- Support infection control, safety protocols, and proper use of resident assistive devices.
- Collaborate with nurses and other team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant certification in New Hampshire.
- Ability to work evenings (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and the described rotating weekend schedule.
- Demonstrated patient-care skills in a licensed setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities; reliability and professionalism in a long-term care environment.
