Cardiovascular Technologist – Interventional Laboratory position available in Lansing, Michigan. Start date: 06/15/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $2,423 to $2,533, with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift schedule: 4x10 hour days. Responsibilities
- Perform cardiovascular/interventional laboratory procedures such as cardiac catheterization, angiography, and peripheral angioplasty with or without stent placement
- Conduct venography and assist with cardiac pacemaker insertions and other non-vascular interventional procedures
- Provide services for both inpatient and one-day outpatient cases; operate diagnostic and interventional equipment with attention to patient safety and sterile technique
- Assist with procedure setup, imaging acquisition, and post-procedure care; document findings and ensure accurate procedural records
- Support colleagues during complex cases and participate in on-call coverage as assigned (1 call shift per week and 1 weekend per month)
Requirements
- Experience: minimum 2 years Cath lab/cardiovascular procedure experience required
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS
- Additional experience: Cardiac experience preferred; interventional radiology (IR) experience preferred
- Licensure/credentials: ARRT accepted; RCIS preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital interventional lab environment and follow strict safety and regulatory guidelines
