Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse, long-term care setting in Santa Fe, New Mexico. This travel temporary assignment starts on 03/06/2026 for 14 weeks. Weekly pay range is $1,104-$1,135 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift is 3x12 nights (18:00–06:30). Local candidates only; on-site assignment in a LTC nursing home.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care under RN supervision, including medication administration and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor vital signs, assess health status, identify changes, and report promptly to the supervising nurse
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and maintain comfort, safety, and dignity
- Perform basic nursing procedures, wound care, and routine tests as assigned
- Document care, observations, and interventions accurately in the resident’s chart; maintain HIPAA compliance
Requirements
- Current LPN license to practice in New Mexico or eligible to obtain NM licensure
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Ability to work the night shift: 18:00–06:30; available for a 14-week travel assignment
- Local candidate only (Santa Fe area or within commuting distance)
- Demonstrated ability to perform nursing duties in a long-term care setting
