Setting: Short-term acute care hospital imaging department
This travel assignment requires active radiologic imaging credentials and hospital-based CT and radiography experience.

Responsibilities
- Perform CT examinations and radiographic procedures according to established protocols and ensure high image quality
- Review each examination for technical accuracy; send completed exams to the radiologist and communicate pertinent data to the care team
- Monitor inventory of supplies; keep the exam room stocked, organized, and ready for procedures
- Verify patient identity and review exam orders for consistency with clinical indications; ensure demographic accuracy
- Maintain collaborative communication with patients, families, physicians, co-workers, and other members of the health care team to support continuity of care
- Adhere to department policies, safety, radiation protection standards, infection control, confidentiality, and universal precautions; maintain familiarity with HIS and PACS systems
Requirements
- ARRT certification with CT credentials: RT(R)(CT) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Minimum one year of imaging experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Proficiency in performing CT and radiographic examinations and in reviewing imaging for quality; ability to document and communicate findings as appropriate
- Working knowledge of HIS/PACS; ability to complete online learning requirements within 90 days
- English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking)
- Eligibility to work in the United States and ability to participate in a travel assignment
