LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This local, 12-week assignment begins on 03/02/2026, with a guaranteed 36 hours per week. Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments under the supervision of a registered nurse
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document vital signs, and report changes promptly
- Perform wound care, dressing changes, and basic hygienic care
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, including meals and personal care
- Document nursing care accurately and maintain timely records of resident status
- Collaborate with the nursing and interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality care
Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Local candidates only
- Availability to work nights (7:00 pm–7:30 am) on a 3x12 schedule
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled/long‑term care setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
