Role Specifics and Benefits: In this RN Manager role you’ll oversee nursing operations on your unit, lead staffing and scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance and patient safety, and monitor quality metrics. You’ll mentor frontline nurses, coordinate onboarding and competency validation, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan care pathways, discharge planning, and care transitions. You’ll drive performance improvement initiatives, implement evidence-based practice, manage budgets and supply usage, and prepare reports for leadership review.
