Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed medications and provide routine nursing care per resident care plans and facility policy.
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report to the supervising RN or charge nurse.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Document care provided, update charting, and ensure accuracy and timeliness of records.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and infection-controlled environment; follow safety protocols and report hazards.
Requirements
- Active LPN license (current)
- CPR/BLS certification
- LPN diploma from an accredited program
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and participate in a travel assignment
