Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care travel assignment in Jackson, New Jersey. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a skilled nursing facility. Start date: 05/12/2026 for 14 weeks. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: 3x12 nights (19:00–07:00). Weekly pay: $1,311–$1,357 per week.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the care team
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with policy and physician orders
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document vital signs and changes, and communicate with the charge nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, supporting resident comfort and safety
- Complete accurate documentation in the electronic health record and contribute to care plans
- Maintain infection control practices and a safe, clean environment; report safety concerns promptly
Requirements
- PCC experience required
- Availability for night shifts (19:00–07:00)
- Availability to work every other weekend and some holidays
- Willingness to work in a long-term care setting on a travel assignment
- 14-week travel assignment with guaranteed 36 hours per week
