Travel Licensed Practical Nurse Long-Term Care Job
Licensed Practical Nurse, Long-Term Care, Hampton, New Hampshire. Travel - temporary assignment beginning May 11, 2026 for 13 weeks. Pay: $1,813 to $1,851 per week with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Dayshift, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with every other weekend. Setting: a multi-disciplinary center located in Hampton, NH, minutes from the beach and about an hour from the White Mountains and Boston, MA.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer prescribed medications and document administration in the patient chart
- Monitor patient vital signs and status; perform routine assessments and update care plans as directed
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and social services
- Assist with activities of daily living and ensure patient safety and comfort
- Document care in the electronic health record and report changes promptly
Requirements
- Active, current Licensed Practical Nurse license in New Hampshire
- Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
- Approximately 1 year of nursing experience in long-term care or a similar setting is preferred
- Ability to work the specified dayshift and every other weekend as required
- Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
