Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents within the LPN scope under RN supervision
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse reactions
- Monitor vital signs, assess patient status, document care, and report changes promptly
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures
- Perform routine treatments and wound care as directed; maintain accurate charting
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care
- Maintain infection control practices and ensure a safe environment for residents and staff
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico
- Local candidate only
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts as scheduled (including nights) per notes
- Willingness to comply with shift pattern described in job notes (local, multi-shift schedule)
