Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered, ensuring accuracy and safety
- Monitor residents’ conditions, document observations, and report changes to the care team
- Perform routine nursing procedures (vital signs, wound care, injections, specimen collection) within scope
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and maintain a safe, clean care environment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support coordinated care plans
- Adhere to infection control practices and complete all required documentation timely and accurately

- Local assignment in Rio Rancho, NM; able to work the listed schedule
- 6-week contract with 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Availability to work night shifts (18:00–06:30) with rostered day shift on Tuesdays and additional night shifts on Thursdays and Fridays as scheduled
- Ability to follow care plans, policies, and documentation standards in a long-term care setting
