This travel RN supervisor role supports a long-term care setting under Healthforce Healthcare LLC. All start dates will be on a Thursday for orientation. All candidates will be clinically interviewed; please submit interview availability. Fingerprint-based background clearance is required two days prior to start and must be on file before orientation.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision for nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care and adherence to care plans
- Oversee daily resident assessments, monitors, and changes in condition; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team
- Manage documentation, care planning, and regulatory compliance; ensure accurate records and timely reporting
- Mentor and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff; promote a safe, patient-centered care environment
- Facilitate admissions and discharges as part of care coordination; participate in quality improvement activities
- Respond to clinical issues and emergencies in a timely, professional manner
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in New Mexico
- Supervisory experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong leadership, clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work 12-hour day shifts with a 36/48 hour per week alternating schedule
- Fingerprint-based background clearance required two days prior to start; clearance must be on file before orientation
