Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN travel assignment in Great Bend, Kansas. Start 03/18/2026 for 8 weeks. Earn $1,309-$1,435 per week on a 3x12 night shift (18:00–06:00) in a skilled nursing facility. Weekly hours alternate between 36 and 48 hours.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to skilled nursing residents per plan of care and physician orders
- Monitor vital signs, assess changes in condition, and report to the supervising nurse promptly
- Administer medications and treatments within scope of practice and facility policy
- Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, and ongoing safety for residents
- Document care provided in the medical record and communicate changes to the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Current LPN license in Kansas (active or eligible for licensure in state) and ability to practice in a SNF setting
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (18:00–06:00)
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment preferred
- Ability to pass background checks and required pre-employment screenings
- Willingness to travel for a temporary assignment and relocate as needed for the contract
