Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting, following individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and document treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policy.
- Monitor residents’ condition, report changes to the supervising nurse, and maintain accurate charting.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort.
- Maintain infection control, safety, and privacy standards; keep the care environment organized and safe.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care and support.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience in long-term care or LTC settings preferred.
- Ability to work the listed shift (2:45 PM–11:00 PM) and meet schedule requirements.
- Willingness to participate in a travel temporary assignment and comply with onboarding timelines.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Reliable and professional conduct in a healthcare environment.
