Travel Licensed Practical Nurse LPN Job
LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) travel assignment in a skilled nursing setting located in Keene, New Hampshire. Start date 04/01/2026 for a 6-week contract with guaranteed hours. 40 hours per week guaranteed. Evening shift, 5 days per week (5x8). This is a local assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting under the supervision of a registered nurse and medical staff.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, policy, and scope of practice.
- Monitor resident status, perform routine assessments, document findings, and report changes promptly to the supervising RN.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, comfort measures, and overall quality of life.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in resident records and ensure confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to support care planning and implement changes as directed.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with eligibility to practice in New Hampshire (or active licensure).
- Availability for evening shifts and the ability to commit to a 40-hour week.
- Experience or demonstrated competence in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow facility policies and procedures.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Must meet any required credentialing and background checks as part of the assignment process.
