Travel Speech Language Pathologist Job
Speech Language Pathologist – travel assignment in a skilled nursing setting in Franklin, New Hampshire. Start date 05/04/2026 for 13 weeks. Guaranteed 35 hours per week with a daytime shift from 08:00 to 16:30 (5x8 days). Weekly pay range: $2,338–$2,454 per week. This assignment offers an increased rate and is managed as a travel temporary position.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing assessments for residents
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans; monitor progress and adjust as needed
- Deliver direct therapy to residents within the long-term care setting; document in the medical record
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (nursing, OT, PT, social work) to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate progress notes, treatment plans, and documentation in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers as appropriate; participate in care conferences and discharge planning
Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the United States; New Hampshire licensure or eligibility for NH license transfer
- Ability to obtain any required state credentials and pass background checks as needed for assignment
- Experience in a geriatric or skilled nursing setting preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in clinical documentation and electronic health records
- Ability to work a daytime shift in a long-term care environment and travel to the assignment location
