Indeed Optimization Tips for Posting:
Be Precise with the Job Title: Avoid "gimmicky" titles like “Rockstar Nurse” or “LPN Superhero Wanted!!!”. Search engines and applicants search for "Travel LPN" or "Licensed Practical Nurse." Keep it clean.
List the Exact Location: Even for travel roles, Indeed requires a physical location to show up in local searches. Use the primary city where the contract starts.
Include the Pay Range: Indeed ranks listings with transparent salary information significantly higher than those without it. Travel nurses specifically look for weekly gross estimates.
