Travel Registered Nurse OR Job
Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR) travel assignment in Lodi, California. Start date 08/03/2026 for 8 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,332–$2,433 per week. Guaranteed hours: 0.0. Shift: 5x8 days. This role focuses on intraoperative patient care within operating room perioperative services, including potential involvement with perfusion and other OR support functions. It does not include PACU, anesthesia functions, pre-op holding, or central sterile functions.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients undergoing procedures according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of circulating and other assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with surgeons, anesthesia team, and other disciplines.
- Maintain sterile technique and infection control practices; manage counts and equipment to ensure patient safety throughout the procedure.
- Document assessments, interventions, and intraoperative events; communicate changes to the OR team promptly.
- Participate in operating room support functions and intraoperative coordination as part of the surgical services team; exercise critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making.
Requirements
- Active California RN license or eligibility for licensure in California
- Ability to work in an operating room/perioperative setting and contribute to intraoperative patient care
- BLS certification required (per standard perioperative practice)
- Ability to work a 5x8 day schedule in a travel assignment
- Willingness to travel to the assignment location and begin on 08/03/2026
- Previous operating room/perioperative nursing experience preferred
