Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry data and vital signs; identify rhythm disturbances and respond per protocol
- Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects; document interventions in the EMR
- Perform ongoing patient assessments; communicate changes to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff to coordinate care
- Provide patient and family education as appropriate; assist with procedures and transfers
- Maintain patient safety, apply the care plan, and participate in on-call workflows as required
- May be asked to float to affiliated locations within the region to support patient needs

Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire or a Compact state at the time of submission
- 2+ years of Telemetry or related Med-Surg experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NHISS required prior to start
- Dysrhythmia exam completed during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% or higher
- NURSYS license verification showing all active RN licenses
- EMR experience (Cerner experience preferred but not required)
- RTO (time off) must be included at submission
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and travel as a traveler
- Willingness to float to affiliated regional locations as needed
