Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders, documenting care in resident records
- Monitor resident status, assess changes, and report variations to the supervising RN
- Assist with activities of daily living and provide comfort measures to residents
- Collect and record vital signs; maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support safe medication administration, infection control, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate resident care and ensure continuity of care
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico (or eligible to practice in NM)
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts and adapt to a SNF environment
- Strong communication and documentation skills; reliable team player
- Comfort delivering care in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
- Successful completion of standard health, safety, and documentation requirements for a travel assignment
