- Administer medications and treatments per policy, ensuring patient safety and accurate charting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans across the care continuum.
Requirements
- Active RN license in California.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced ER environment and adapt to varying shift demands.
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Competent documentation and adherence to established standards of care.
