Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in CCU, including continuous monitoring, assessment, and intervention
- Manage complex clinical needs, including ventilated patients and hemodynamic support, per unit protocols
- Administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, and document care in the Meditech electronic health record
- Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, and other disciplines to develop and implement care plans
- Respond to emergencies, participate in rounds, and support patient safety, infection control, and family communication

Requirements
- Hawaii RN license required by start of assignment (active HI license; must apply upon acceptance if not currently licensed)
- 3 years of Intensive Care Unit experience in the last 3 years
- BLS and ACLS required; NIHSS certification (submit certification or complete online 45-minute class as part of orientation); PALS preferred
- Ability to work in a high-acuity CCU environment; flexible to float to other critical care and step-down units as needed
- Proficiency with Meditech or willingness to learn in fast-paced setting
