Registered Nurse – OR travel assignment in Boston, Massachusetts. Start date 11/02/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range $2,716–$2,826 per week with guaranteed hours of 36. Shift is 12 hours, with day and night rotations. Care is delivered in a hospital surgical services department with 17 operating rooms and 24/7 coverage, spanning a broad range of specialties including general, gynecologic, urologic, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedics, neuro, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, and spine.

Responsibilities
- Provide intraoperative nursing care as scrub or circulating nurse across multiple surgical specialties
- Maintain sterile technique and universal precautions; assist with instrument handling and counts
- Position patients appropriately and assist anesthesia providers as required
- Monitor patient status during procedures, document events, and support safe turnover between cases
- Communicate effectively with the surgical team and postoperative staff to ensure continuity of care
- Adapt to changing case mix and participate in coverage across a 24/7 OR schedule

Requirements
- 2+ years of inpatient OR experience
- Scrub experience required
- BLS certification required
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, high-volume OR with 24/7 coverage
- Competent in at least 5 of the following service areas: general, gynecology, urology, oral, otolaryngology, bariatrics, orthopedics, neurology, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, plastics, podiatry, robotics, pediatrics, trauma, spine
- Willingness to float to other ORs as needed
