Responsibilities
- Provide routine nursing care to residents under supervision of a licensed nurse
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the supervising nurse
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning; support safe ambulation
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment; follow infection control protocols
- Document care provided and communicate clearly with the care team to ensure coordinated care
Requirements
- Ability to work evenings and every other weekend as required by the shift
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks and assist with residents
- Dependable, patient-centered, and able to follow established care plans
- Willingness to adhere to facility policies and safety protocols
