Role Specifics and Benefits: As a Telemetry RN on assignment, your core responsibilities include continuous cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, alarm management, and rapid assessment that informs timely interventions. You’ll partner with physicians, unit staff, and care coordinators to ensure patient safety, accurate data documentation, and clear communication across shifts. You’ll educate patients and families on telemetry precautions, device alarms, and activity plans, while actively participating in quality improvement initiatives and patient throughput. This role offers strong potential for professional growth within Telemetry, including exposure to a range of clinical presentations and hospital environments, enabling you to refine critical thinking, bedside decision-making, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
