Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Registered Nurse – Emergency Room, Lake Isabella, California. This travel - temporary assignment starts 04/27/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,813–$1,847. Guaranteed hours: 36 per week. Shift: Nights (Thu–Sat, 7:00 pm–7:30 am). Setting: hospital emergency department.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in the ER, including triage, initial assessment, monitoring, and interventions.
- Communicate patient status with physicians and the care team; document clearly in the electronic medical record (T-System and CPSI).
- Administer medications, manage IVs, wound care, and pain control; monitor for adverse reactions.
- Respond to emergencies; participate in resuscitation efforts and uphold patient safety and comfort.
- May cross-train in other nursing departments as needed; float to Med/Surg if required.
Requirements
- Active California RN license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- 2+ years of recent ER experience preferred
- Proficient with EMR systems (T-System and CPSI)
- Must pass nursing medication test
- Ability to work effectively in English; strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
