Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
- Conduct routine nursing assessments, monitor resident status, vital signs, and changes in condition.
- Document care activities clearly in the resident chart; communicate findings to the RN and medical team.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and provide wound care or dressings as directed.
- Ensure infection control practices, patient safety, and reporting of safety concerns or adverse events.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
Requirements
- Active LPN license in New Mexico.
- Ability to work 3x12 night shifts with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.
- Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills; attention to detail in charting and handoffs.
- Availability to begin on 03/06/2026 and commit to the 9-week assignment.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
