Responsibilities
- Provide PTA support under supervision for patients in a long-term acute care setting, focusing on restoring and maintaining mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Implement and assist with individualized therapeutic exercise programs, gait training, transfers, ROM activities, and balance training.
- Monitor patient responses to interventions, document progress, and report changes to the supervising physical therapist.
- Prepare treatment spaces, set up equipment, and ensure proper infection control and safety procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to adjust plans of care and communicate patient goals and progress.
- Document sessions accurately in patient records and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform PTA duties in a LTAC setting under supervision
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliability and ability to participate in a 13-week assignment with guaranteed hours
- Ability to work the listed shift schedule (08:00–16:30) and adapt to a travel assignment
