Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; adjust plans as needed.
- Administer medications, monitor responses, and respond to changes in patient status.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent discretion in daily patient care.
- Document care accurately and communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Ensure telemetry monitoring and safety protocols are followed throughout the shift.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license to practice in California
- Telemetry/acute care nursing experience preferred
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts (3 days per week) and maintain a 36-hour workweek
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Willingness to travel and adapt to different units and patient populations
- Ability to manage care in a hospital setting with independence and clinical judgment
