Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech requested for a travel assignment in Cambridge, MA. Start date: August 10, 2026. Duration: 4 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,767–$1,900 per week with 24 guaranteed hours. Shift: 2x2 Nights (12-hour night shifts) in a hospital setting performing inpatient and outpatient ultrasound across radiology services. This assignment may involve floating to additional sites within the system and requires strong proficiency in general ultrasound, OB, vascular, and pediatric imaging.

Responsibilities
- Perform general ultrasound exams, including obstetric fetal surveys (1st–3rd trimesters), small parts, vascular (lower and upper extremities), and select pediatric studies (hips, spine, head, pylorus, intussusception)
- Conduct inpatient and outpatient ultrasound procedures in radiology and manage all department tasks
- Operate ultrasound equipment, optimize imaging parameters, and document findings in the medical record; maintain accurate image storage
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to infection control and radiation safety standards; collaborate with radiologists and clinicians
- Maintain high standards of image quality and timely reporting; adapt to variable workflow and patient needs
- May be required to float to additional sites within the system as needed and per department scheduling
Requirements
- ARDMS RDMS certification required at submission
- AHA BLS CPR certification required at submission
- 3+ years of ultrasound experience in the specialty
- Proficiency across general ultrasound, OB, small parts, vascular, and pediatric imaging
- Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient radiology settings; willingness to float to multiple sites within the system
- Flu vaccine required during flu season; EPIC EMR experience preferred; RTO requests must be included at submission and are not guaranteed after confirmation
