Registered Nurse – Med Surg Tele, Plymouth, Massachusetts. Travel - Temporary Assignment. Start date 11/30/2026 for 13 weeks. 3x12-hour night shifts. Weekly pay range $2,567 to $2,764 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to adult patients in Med Surg Tele with ICU-qualified nursing competencies.
- Monitor patient status, perform ongoing assessments, administer medications and IV therapies, and manage clinical changes per protocol.
- Collaborate with physicians, bedside nurses, respiratory therapy, and case management to develop and implement care plans.
- Document care in the electronic health record, ensure accurate handoffs, and participate in shift reports.
- Support unit coverage as needed for weeknight rotations and, when assigned, assist in ICU or Med/Surg areas to ensure safe patient flow.
- Adhere to infection control practices, safety standards, and unit policies; respond appropriately to emergencies and codes.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Massachusetts (MA) at time of submission.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required per contract.
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience in travel and trauma hospital settings or equivalent, with Med/Surg and ICU exposure.
- Flu vaccine required prior to start; religious exemptions not accommodated.
- MA license validation and required documentation (BILH coversheet) at submission.
- Must be traveling for this assignment; no local candidates will be considered.
- Separation from the referenced health system for 6+ months is required to be eligible.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced inpatient environment.
