Responsibilities
- Conduct PT evaluations and contribute to the development of goals and plans of care for residents
- Implement and modify therapeutic exercises, gait training, transfers, and functional activities
- Apply modalities and assistive devices as appropriate to support rehabilitation goals
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and report changes to the supervising clinician
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, discharge planning, and patient education
- Ensure safety, infection control, and accurate charting in accordance with regulatory standards

Requirements
- Licensure: Physical Therapy Assistant license in Maryland or eligibility for licensure (to be confirmed at interview)
- Certification: CPR/BLS certification (to be confirmed)
- Experience: Prior LTAC or skilled nursing setting experience preferred (to be confirmed)
- Education: Associate degree in Physical Therapy Assisting (to be confirmed)
- Ability to work effectively in a skilled nursing LTAC environment
- Willingness to travel and commit to a temporary 13-week assignment starting 12/01/2026
