Responsibilities
- Provide remote nursing assessment, triage, and care planning for patients via telecommunication in a tele/telemetry setting, following established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Deliver both direct and indirect nursing care to a patient or assigned group of patients, including monitoring, medication administration, and care coordination within tele workflows.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with physicians, pharmacists, and other disciplines to ensure integrated, high-quality care.
- Use critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to prioritize patient safety and outcomes.
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic health record; maintain confidentiality and comply with policy and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Active RN license in good standing (Oregon or eligible for multi-state licensure)
- Ability to work 36 hours per week on 12-hour day shifts
- Eligible for travel assignment in the United States
- Comfortable with telehealth/telemetry workflows and related technology
- Willingness to undergo background checks and credentialing as required
