Healthforce Healthcare LLC is seeking a Registered Nurse – Unit Manager for a travel assignment in Franklin, New Hampshire. Start date: 04/27/2026 for 15 weeks. Weekly pay range: $2,363 to $2,492 per week with guaranteed hours of 40 per week. Shift: 5x8 Days. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility. This role includes nurse educator responsibilities and supervision of unit-based nursing staff, with potential floor coverage as needed.

Responsibilities
- Provide unit-level nursing leadership and supervision of licensed staff on the unit.
- Oversee care coordination and plan development to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve in a nurse educator role to support staff development and ongoing clinical education.
- Maintain proficiency with the PCC system (PointClickCare) and support staff in documentation accuracy.
- May cover floor shifts as needed to support patient care and workflow efficiency.
Requirements
- Active RN license in New Hampshire (good standing) or eligibility to practice in the state.
- Experience as an RNNPE (Registered Nurse Nurse Practice Educator) in a long-term care (LTC) setting.
- Demonstrated nurse educator experience or responsibilities in staff development and training.
- Proficiency with PCC (PointClickCare) or ability to learn quickly.
- Ability to supervise and coordinate nursing care on a unit and to work on the floor if required.
