Responsibilities
- Deliver respiratory care to inpatients across NICU, PICU, Adult ICU, and Adult & Pediatric general units per physician orders
- Manage ventilator therapy, adjust settings, perform routine ventilator checks, and monitor patient response
- Provide bedside diagnostics and therapies (e.g., ABG sampling, chest PT, aerosolized medications, airway clearance techniques)
- Document interventions and patient status accurately in the EMR, with Epic experience within the past 2 years
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, participate in rounds, and escalate concerns for critically ill patients
- Maintain equipment, adhere to infection control protocols, and ensure patient safety; provide education to patients and families as appropriate

Requirements
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license; CRT will not be accepted
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NBRC Verification, NRP
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of RRT practice; prior travel experience preferred
- Specialty exposure: NICU, PICU, Adult ICU, and general inpatient units required
- Teaching hospital experience required
- Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years required
- Availability for weekends as needed; schedule flexibility is required; no on-call
