Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job
Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care setting in Goffstown, New Hampshire. Travel assignment starting 08/17/2026 for Weeks. Day shift, 7am to 3pm. Weekly pay range: $1,744–$1,830 per week. Guaranteed hours: 40 per week. This is a travel - temporary assignment in a long-term care environment, staffed to support resident care needs and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including monitoring health status, medication administration, and wound care as ordered.
- Assess residents, recognize changes, and implement or adjust care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, ensuring accuracy, safety, and proper documentation.
- Document care interventions and resident responses in the electronic health record; maintain complete and compliant charting.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members; participate in care conferences and care plan development.
- Promote resident safety, infection control, fall prevention, and overall quality of life through evidence-based practices.
Requirements
- Current, unrestricted registered nurse license in New Hampshire.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting preferred.
- Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program.
- BLS/CPR certification required.
- Ability to work in a long-term care environment; day shift availability; strong communication and documentation skills.
